Na jedną porcję potrzebujesz:
- 250g mrożonych szyjek rakowych, przelanych wrzątkiem
- 1/2x cebuli, pokrojonej w drobną kostkę
- 2x ząbki czosnku, przeciśnięte przez praskę
- 1/2x kieliszka dobrego, półwytrawnego, białego wina
- garść listków świeżego tymianku
- 1x łyżkę masła
- 1x łyżkę oliwy z oliwek
- sól morską
- świeżo mielony, czarny pieprz
A robisz tak:
To nic prostszego! Na patelni rozgrzewasz oliwę i masło. Następnie dodajesz pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę i smażysz, aż się zeszkli. Po tym czasie dodajesz czosnek i wszystko mieszasz. Teraz czas na szyjki rakowe. Wrzucasz je na patelnię i po około 1 minucie wlewasz wino i dodajesz tymianek. Doprawiasz solą i pieprzem i chwilkę dusisz, aż alkohol z wina wyparuje i pozostanie tylko piękny, maślany, tymiankowo-czosnkowy aromat. Wszystko przekładasz teraz do dużej miski, posypujesz odrobiną świeżego tymianku i podajesz ze świeżą bagietką, która spełnia tutaj rolę dodatku, sztućców i "przyrządu" do wycierania sosu z dna miski :)
